LMD

Dope-Dyed LMF
LMD, which is produced by bicomponent spinning of dope-dyed polyester(core) endowed with black color in polymer state and modified polyster(sheath), can be melted at lower temperature than nomal fiber and bonded with other fibers. Black color is provided to non-woven fabric through dope-dyed core part after bonding.

Feature

Excellent Bonding Properties
LMD provides diverse melting points generated through controlling sheath part and has good bonding strength.
Easy Mixing Properties with other Fiber
Homogeneous properties between LMD and various fibers make blending easy on line.
Excellent Resilience
The formation of non-woven fabric made with LMD is simple and excellent.
Excellent Durability
The bonding strength after being combined with fibers hold out semipermanently.
Dope-dyed Black
The non-woven fabric made with LMD has black color without dyeing.
